Recommended intake SQUEEZY PROTEIN ENERGY DRINK
The optimal supply of carbohydrates and minerals during exercise is extremely important. However, the body should also be supplied after sportive activity with carbohydrates, proteins and minerals.
One serving (= 50 g in 250 ml of water or fat-reduced milk) should be preferably consumed immediately after training or competition.
Dosage: 2-3 tablespoons (50 g) with 250 ml water.
